ENERGY TRANSFER COMPANY, BLUE BOX COMPRESSION STATION

Installed three caterpillar 3516 compressors. Work included removal of two existing Caterpillar 339 Compressors, construction of compressor foundations, piping demolition, setting of compressors, piping fabrication and installation, painting and testing.

HAWK FIELD SERVICES, LLC, PAWNEE GAS SEPARATION/DEHYDRATION STATION

Installed 22 MMSCFD gas separation/dehydration facility including inlet piping, inlet scrubber, filter separator, gas/glycol contractor, glycol regenerations system, BTEX unit, after scrubber, gas meter, and two each 210 BBL condensate storage tanks. Work included concrete equipment foundations, equipment erection, piping fabrication and installation, instrument hookup, painting and testing.

HAWK FIELD SERVICES, LLC, DeWITT COUNTY 12" & 16" PIPELINE EXTENSION

Installed 37,600 FT of 12" dia., 0.312/0.500" wall thickness pipeline and 12,600 FT of 16" dia., 0.375/0.500" wall thickness pipeline with pig traps and valve stations. Scope of work included right of way clearing, pipeline lay and bury, piping fabrication, directional drilling, hydrostatic testing and cleanup.

COPANO FIELD SERVICES 12" WILSON LOOP

Installed 59,000 FT of 12" dia., 0.250" wall thickness, Gr.X52 pipe including valve station and pig traps. Scope of work included right of way clearing, pipeline lay and bury, piping fabrication, directional drill, hydrostatic testing and cleanup.

COPANO FIELD SERVICES HWY 247-TRINIDAD, TX PIG TRAP MODIFICATIONS

Fabrication and installation of 12" and 16" dia. 1440 PSIG MAWP pig traps and associated piping. Scope of work included demolition of existing above and underground piping, equipment foundations, pig trap and piping fabrication (2" to 12" dia.), testing and painting at 13 sites.
