Don Bradford - President
Don completed Tarleton State University of Texas in 1971, but was already
a pipeline welder at the age of I6 in 1965. He pipelined in the summer and r
went to school in the fall. Worked for such great companies as R.H. Fulton
Construction, Brodie Pipeline Construction, McVain and Barlow Pipeline
Construction and Nelson Sikes Construction just to name a few. His Dad R.
B. Bradford started Brad's Welding Service in 1958 at Plainview, Texas and
1965 became Brad & Sons Construction Co. moved to Giddings, Texas in
l978 during the gas and oil boom and grew from there to be a number one
construction company. Brad & Sons Construction Co. became incorporated in August of 1982.

1997. Graduated from Sam Houston State University 2002 with BBA in Business Management.

Earnie Wright
After serving in the U.S. Army, Earnie received
a welding certificate from Odessa College and began working for BWT
Moore in Odessa, Texas. Earnie moved to Giddings in 1981, where he
worked for 10 years at Brown Engineering & Testing, Inc. His
responsibilities included the supervision of testing (hydrostatic,
pneumatic, and nitrogen), dehydrating pipelines and conventional
road boring. Upon joining Brad and Sons, Earnie ran the conventional
road boring crew and drove a haul truck. After working and learning
the different aspects of pipeline construction, Earnie now
supervises all stages of laying a line, including directional
drilling, filling, testing, dewatering, and clean up. He and his
crews also conduct tests on fabrication, vessels, and upgrades to
existing lines. In addition, they sandblast, paint, adn perform
environmental remediation. Between the time Earnie worked with Brown
Enginerring and Brad and Sons, he has been involved in the majority
of the lines laid in the Giddings area. During Earnie's oilfield
career, he has worked on projects spanning from Texas to Illinois
and Colorado, and many points in between. These projects were for
various companies including ETC, Clajon, Aquila, Duke Energy,
Phillips, Phillips/Conoco, Devon Energy, Mitchell Energy, Copano,
Valero, Sterling Energy, Patterson Petroleum, Shell Pipeline, Mobil
Pipeline, Texaco, and Houston Pipeline. Having worked primarily for
family owned businesses, Earnie understands the importance of
getting the job done the right way, efficiently and economically.
